Founded in 2024, New Frontier Ventures Community Impact Foundation is the 501(c)3 nonprofit community development corporation arm of New Frontier Ventures Corp. NFV Community Impact Foundation carries out the mission of NFV Corp with a focus on social impact and empowerment through community development, empowerment, and innovation. Our work is centered around the idea that for communities that have struggled to recover from historic disinvestment and systemic barriers that have prohibited community advancement and progress. Our vision is to create social impact, economic innovation, and investment for black communities, leveraging resources, partnerships, and opportunities to advance social progress and advancement that creates communities of tomorrow. Our goal is to ultimately develop communities with regenerative local economies that are driven by providing accessibility to opportunities and pathways to empower communities for generations to come.

Affordable Housing Development
Our goal is to develop living spaces that are affordable, modern, and uplift quality of living standards. We believe in developing pathways to affordable home ownership and the preservation of affordable rental housing in communities that can allow for sustainable and quality living.
Economic Development & Investment
Every community deserves to have a strong economic ecosystem and great diversity in economic investments. Our development corporation focuses on ensuring that economic development is centered on local businesses and small business owners, as well as leveraging resources to create sustainable and exciting experience-based amenities and businesses that make communities enjoyable.
Neighborhood Revitalization
We do not commit to one singular neighborhood, but instead believe that we can support and bring vision to many neighborhoods through our service because we base our work and efforts on empowering and leveraging the voices and lived experiences of the citizens to empower their collective visions to drive community change and development.
Educational Empowerment & Investment
Our vision is rooted in the belief that our communities are developed and advanced through investment and opportunity creation in the area of education. Because of this, we not only highlight and put on several educational programs and events, but we center our work around developing strong mutually beneficial relationships between HBCUs and the communities we serve.

Community Building & Community Engagement
Key to the work we do is the voice and engagement of the community. Our work is possible through the empowerment and investment in the capacity of the citizens and residents. Our work not only empowers citizens but creates opportunities for them to lead the work and advancement of their communities, hoping to avoid gentrification and build authentic communities centered around the people who matter most. In addition to our work here, we put on events that engage the community and provide experiences that truly live up to our belief of working, living, and playing communities of tomorrow.
Real Estate Development
One of the key activities is not just as an organization developing real estate in communities, but most importantly leveraging resources, advocacy, and opportunities to empower and build the capacity of residents to drive real estate development and change within their communities that builds community wealth and success. Our goal is to develop corridors and neighborhoods with mixed-use developments, commercial and retail development, and modern and sustainable housing and living units.
